Terms and Conditions

First: General Terms

  1. The customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the terms and conditions and that the types and colors of parquet and accessories listed in the invoice are of their own choice. The customer has paid for them and is fully aware of their specifications and colors, with the understanding that accessories may not be a 100% match to the parquet color but rather a close resemblance. It is noted that the accessories are of Chinese manufacture, and the parquet is installed randomly. The flooring colors may have variations (designed this way) to resemble natural wood, depending on the chosen color design. If the customer has any remarks regarding the items listed in the invoice, they must inform the seller at the time of invoice receipt. The customer has no right to object later, and the invoice will not be considered settled unless accompanied by receipts documenting the payment method. If the customer does not collect their order within a maximum period of one month from the invoice issuance date, a storage fee of 10% of the total invoice value will be charged for each month following the free storage period.
  2. Any surplus parquet quantities will be considered as sales returns, provided that the returned items are in their original condition, unopened, uncut, and undamaged. If these conditions are not met, the National Company is not obligated to accept the return. Additionally, returns must be made within (10) days from the invoice date. The National Company for Marketing reserves the sole right to accept or reject the return at its own discretion.
  3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method and under the same customer name within (10-15) business days from the refund request date.
  4. The invoice amount must be fully paid at least 48 hours before the installation date, and the customer has no right to request installation before full payment is made.
  5. If unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control arise, the company has the right to cancel the installation appointment and inform the customer. A new appointment will be scheduled based on the company’s availability and in coordination with the customer.
  6. The return process is the customer’s responsibility, and the company is not responsible for returning the goods or delivering them to the showroom.
  7. If the customer does not respond to calls from the Sales or Installation Department at least 24 hours before the agreed installation date, the appointment will be canceled, and a new date will be scheduled based on availability.
  8. If the installation or invoice is canceled after the installation team has been dispatched to perform the work, if the customer does not answer the phone, requests a color change, postpones the appointment, or the site is not ready, a fee of 300 SAR will be deducted for the installation team’s dispatch from the originally paid amount. The customer has the right to request a refund of the remaining balance or reschedule based on the company’s availability. To process the refund, the original receipt and invoice must be presented.
  9. The product numbers listed may vary based on factory supply, but the available color in the showroom will be ensured to match.
  10. The National Company advises its customers to place felt or rubber pads under all furniture to protect the parquet and extend its lifespan. It is also recommended to place a door mat to prevent dust from entering.

Second: Installation Terms

  1. The installation site must be completely free of furniture. The company is not responsible for any damage to belongings during installation. If the customer requests the installation team to move the furniture, the company is not liable for any resulting damages and does not bear responsibility for any missing items at the installation site.
  2. The customer must inspect the completed work before the installation team leaves and inform them of any defects, faults resulting from installation, or shortages in quantities. If the team does not respond, the customer must notify the sales department or the relevant administration within two days of the installation date. If the customer is not present at the site, the work will be considered completed as is.
  3. The company is not responsible for uneven floors or misaligned walls that may cause gaps between the skirting and the wall. Fixing such issues and covering any direct or indirect costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. The customer is responsible for paying SAR 100 per door if trimming is required to complete the parquet flooring installation.
  5. If the measurements are provided by the customer, they bear full responsibility for any errors in measurements or shortages in quantity. The customer is also responsible for the return fee of the installation team, which amounts to SAR 300.

Third: Warranty Terms

  1. The warranty does not cover misuse, such as washing or mopping wooden floors with water, using chemicals or corrosive substances, scratches caused by iron, blades, or sharp tools, cracks, burns on the flooring, lack of ventilation, excessive heat, or leaving the site without air conditioning for an extended period.
  2. The company’s installation team leaves an 8mm expansion gap between the parquet and the wall to account for possible contraction and expansion due to climate changes. The warranty becomes void if the customer refuses to leave this expansion gap or does not install expansion joints.
  3. The warranty does not cover accessories if there is moisture in the wall.
  4. The installation warranty is void if the parquet is installed by an external team not affiliated with the company.
  5. Installation services are limited to the city where the point of sale is located.
  6. Installation is covered by a one-year warranty for all types of parquet. The original invoice must be provided for free maintenance services.
  7. Any repair requests due to misuse require the customer to pay a maintenance fee of SAR 250, in addition to dismantling and re-installation costs if floor removal is necessary, along with the cost of replacement materials depending on color availability.
  8. If a manufacturing defect is found in the flooring, the company will take the necessary measures after contacting the manufacturer to verify the defect. Within 30 days, the flooring will be replaced with either the same color or another color of the customer’s choice, provided it is of the same price.
  9. If the customer chooses a higher-priced product, they must pay the price difference. The company is not obligated to provide the same color if it is unavailable.
  10. The company is not liable for any damages related to moving, dismantling, or reinstalling furniture (wardrobes, sofas, tables, etc.). Any damages or breakages occurring due to this cannot be claimed against the company.
  11. The company advises customers to place felt or rubber pads under all furniture to protect the parquet and extend its lifespan, as well as install a doormat at entrances to prevent dust accumulation.

Fourth: Warranty Types

  1. Residential Warranty
      – Berlin German Parquet: 20 years color warranty
      – Superior German Parquet: 10 years color warranty
      – VarioClic Turkish Parquet: 20 years color warranty
      – TerraClick Turkish Parquet: 15 years color warranty
      – AGT Turkish Parquet: 10 years color warranty
      – ArtFloor Turkish Parquet: 10 years color warranty
      – Matrix Premium, Elegance, Pateel Chinese Parquet: 5 years color warranty
      – SPC Chinese Parquet (Ever Floor, Riva, Sandstone): 10 years warranty against color change, water damage, moisture, and bacteria.
  2. Public & Commercial Areas Warranty
      – One-year color warranty for all products.
  3. WPC Flooring Warranty
      – Water, heat, and external elements.
      – Chinese-made flooring: 10 years warranty against color change.
      – Turkish or Portuguese-made flooring: 20 years warranty against color change.
      Note: WPC external materials require a specific period for color stabilization, depending on the product type. Chemical substances, oils, and stains that come into contact with the flooring may cause discoloration and are not covered under the warranty.

Delivery and Installation Policy

    1. The delivery time for the order ranges between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the order and the delivery location.
    2. The invoice amount must be fully paid 48 hours before the installation date, and the customer has no right to request installation before full payment is made.
    3. In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control, the company has the right to cancel the installation appointment and notify the customer accordingly. A new appointment will be scheduled later according to the company’s schedule in coordination with the customer.
    4. If the customer does not respond to the installation team’s or showroom’s call 24 hours before the agreed installation date, the appointment will be canceled, and a new appointment will be scheduled according to the available schedule.
    5. If the installation is canceled, or the invoice is voided after the installation team has left to carry out the work, or if the customer does not answer the phone, or requests a color change, or requests to postpone the appointment, or if the site is not ready, an amount of 300 SAR will be deducted from the paid amount as a fee for the installation team’s dispatch. The customer has the right to refund the remaining amount or reschedule the appointment according to the company’s schedule, provided that the original receipt and invoice are presented in case of a refund.

Installation Terms

  1. The installation site must be completely free of furniture, and the company is not responsible for any damage to the existing items during installation. In case the customer requests the installation team to move the furniture, the company is not responsible for any resulting damages and does not bear any responsibility for lost items at the installation site.
  2. The customer must inspect the completed work before the installation team leaves and inform the team before departure of any defect or issue resulting from the installation or any shortage in quantities. If the installation team is not available, the customer must notify the sales department or the responsible management within two days from the installation date. If the customer is not present at the site, the work will be considered completed as is.
  3. The company does not bear any responsibility for floor inclination or uneven walls, which may cause gaps between the skirting and the wall. Fixing the issue is the customer’s responsibility, including any direct or indirect costs.
  4. The customer will bear a fee of 100 SAR per door in case trimming is required to complete the parquet flooring installation.
  5. If the measurements are provided by the customer, they will bear full responsibility for any errors in measurements or shortages in quantities and will bear the cost of the installation team’s return visit, which amounts to 300 SAR.

Return Cancellation and Exchange Policy

  1. The customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the terms and conditions and that the types and colors of parquet and accessories listed in the invoice are of their own choosing. The customer has paid for them and is fully aware of their specifications and colors, noting that accessories may not match the parquet color 100% but are close to it. Accessories are of Chinese origin, parquet is installed randomly, and flooring colors may have variations (depending on design and listed color) to resemble natural wood.
  2. If the customer has any remarks regarding the items listed in the invoice, they must notify the seller at the time of receiving the invoice. The customer has no right to object later, and the invoice is not considered paid unless official receipts documenting the payment method are present.
  3. If the customer does not collect their order within a maximum period of two weeks from the invoice issuance date, a 10% storage fee of the total invoice value will be applied for each month after the free storage period expires.
  4. If the customer cancels the invoice or installation appointment after the installation team has been dispatched, or if the customer does not answer the phone, requests a color change, postpones the appointment, or the site is not ready, an amount of 300 SAR will be deducted as a fee for dispatching the installation team from the paid amount. The customer has the right to refund the remaining amount in case of invoice cancellation, provided that the original invoice and receipt are presented for the refund process.
  5. The refund will be processed according to the original payment method and under the same customer name within 10 to 15 business days from the refund request date.
  6. The product numbers listed in the invoice may not match the numbers of the delivered products due to manufacturer updates, while ensuring color consistency.
  7. If there is any surplus in the parquet quantities received by the customer, it will be considered a sales return, provided that the returned items are in their original condition, packaged in their original cartons. If these conditions are not met, the decision of the National Marketing Company will be final and binding.
  8. Returns must be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the invoice issuance date. Any delay beyond the mentioned period grants the National Marketing Company the sole right to accept or reject the return at its discretion. The company’s decision will be final and binding.
  9. If there is any dispute regarding exchange or return that cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the competent court in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  10. The return policy is subject to the product warranty terms as follows

Warranty Terms

  1. The warranty does not cover misuse, including washing or mopping wooden floors with water, using chemicals or corrosive substances, scratches caused by metal, blades, or sharp tools, cracks, burns, lack of ventilation, excessive heat, or leaving the site without air conditioning for an extended period.
  2. The installation team of the National Marketing Company leaves an 8mm gap between the parquet and the wall to account for expansion and contraction due to climate changes. The warranty will be void if the customer refuses to leave the expansion gap or does not install expansion joints.
  3. The warranty does not cover accessories if there is moisture in the wall.
  4. The installation warranty is void if the parquet is installed by an external team that is not affiliated with the company.
  5. Installation is only within the city where the point of sale is located.
  6. The installation warranty is one year for all types of parquet. The original invoice must be presented for free maintenance service.
  7. Any repair request due to misuse will require the customer to pay a maintenance fee of 250 SAR, in addition to dismantling and reinstallation costs if removal is required, as well as the cost of materials based on color availability.
  8. If there is a manufacturing defect in the flooring, the company will take the necessary actions after contacting the manufacturer and confirming the defect within 30 days. The flooring will be replaced with the same color or another color of the customer’s choice, provided it is of the same price.
  9. The customer will bear the price difference if they choose a higher-value product. The company is not obligated to provide the same color if it is unavailable.
  10. The National Marketing Company is not responsible for any compensation if furniture (cabinets, sofas, tables, etc.) needs to be moved. The disassembly and reassembly of furniture are the customer’s responsibility, and any damage or breakage incurred cannot be claimed against the company.
  11. The National Marketing Company advises customers to place felt/rubber pads under all furniture to protect the parquet and extend its lifespan, as well as to use a door mat to prevent dust from entering.

      – German Superior Parquet: 10 years color warranty
      – Turkish VarioClic Parquet: 20 years color warranty
      – Turkish TerraClick Parquet: 15 years color warranty
      – Turkish AGT Parquet: 10 years color warranty
      – Turkish ArtFloor Parquet: 10 years color warranty
      – Chinese Matrix Premium, Elegance, Pateel Parquet: 5 years color warranty
      – Chinese SPC (Ever Floor, Riva, Sandstone) Parquet: 10 years warranty covering color, water resistance, moisture, and bacteria.
  2. Public and Commercial Spaces Warranty
      – 1-year color warranty covering all products.
  3. WPC Flooring Warranty
      – Covers color, water, heat, and external factors.
      – Chinese WPC Flooring: 10-year color warranty.
      – Turkish or Portuguese WPC Flooring: 20-year color warranty.
      – Outdoor WPC materials require a specific period for color stabilization based on the product type.
      – Chemical and oil stains, as well as dirt buildup, can alter the color and are not covered under warranty.
