Structure of WPC doors with chipboard core
● Architrave
Made of hollow WPC, finished with a 0.16 thick PVC veneer. The required pieces are precisely cut using the latest CNC machines and assembled with extreme accuracy.
● Frame
Composed of hollow WPC, coated with a decorative PVC layer 0.16 thick. The frame pieces are carefully assembled and wrapped in a protective nylon layer to ensure safe transportation from the factory to installation site.
● Door sash
Composed of vertical and horizontal beams made of kiln-dried Swedish wood with a moisture content between %8 and %12. Beam dimensions 35 thickness * 50 width with an additional reinforcement beam on both sides of the door at the lock area, extending 40 cm in height. The empty spaces between the beams are filled with an XPS (Extruded Polystyrene Foam) core, with a thickness of 35 and a density of 35 kg/m.
A 2.2 thick PVC veneer in the desired color is pressed on both sides of the door sash. A 1 thick PVC edge band is applied to the door edges using an edge banding machine in a color matching the door, ensuring protection.
Accessory slots for locks and handles are precisely cut using a specialized CNC machine, ensuring compatibility with the selected accessory.
